The turning point came after our company introduced the TST Intelligent Wire Rope Flaw Detection System. This system has brought revolutionary changes to our work: We no longer need to frequently schedule long shutdowns. The system can collect data on the wire ropes in real time during elevator operation, truly achieving inspection without affecting use. Through sensors installed on the wire ropes, the system can accurately capture various damages such as broken wires, wear, corrosion, and fatigue, both internally and externally, and present them clearly in a data-driven and graphical form.
